In 2021, Voyager Pacific launched its $100 Million Voyager Pacific High Yield Fund III to accredited investors. With an emphasis on downside protection and capital preservation, Voyager focuses on extracting long term value through value-add investing in Class-B and Class-C apartments and mix-use properties, providing stable cash flow and sustainable growth.
